Prologue: The Opening Overture
Creation Sauvignon Blanc – Minerality Rules! Olive Elixir Tonic

The performance commences with a crisp note: Creation Sauvignon Blanc, aptly titled “Minerality Rules!” This vibrant wine is accompanied by an Olive Elixir Tonic, setting a refreshing tone for the symphony of flavours to follow.

Chapter 1: Creation Sauvignon Blanc Semillon – Ocean’s Gift!

The first act features a medley of Shitake Carpaccio, Shimeji, King Oyster Mushroom, radish, red onion, dairy-free hard cheese, capers, and nasturtium. Paired with Creation Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, this ensemble evokes the delicate balance of marine and earth, much like a duet between sea and soil.

Chapter 2: Creation Roussanne Grenache Blanc – Rain in a Herb Garden

A dramatic crescendo unfolds with Sweet Potato, Kale, Ricotta Gnocchi, Tofu, Radicchio, Sage, and Pumpkin Seed Pesto. With its velvety texture, the Creation Reserve Pinot Noir partners this act, weaving a tapestry of rich flavours.

Chapter 5: Creation Fine Cape Vintage – Sweet Temptation

The finale offers a choice between two encores:
