Hermanus Pilates Studio, owned by Yvette Hershaw, is situated on Main Road in the heart of old Hermanus, next to the NG Church and opposite Absa Bank.
The studio is located in the heart of the village a block away from the sea and is housed in a beautiful sunlight airy chapel. The chapel is over 100 years old.
Our customers range from age 14 up to 90 years old, male and female.

The peaceful sunlit facility provides space for certified instructors and clients to practice the BASI Pilates method in a mind-body balance environment. All studio staff are certified BASI instructors.
The approach is to assist people to reach their fitness goals and to adopt a positive lifestyle emphasising breathing, core conditioning and body awareness. Our easy to follow programs are scientifically developed to strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or putting stress on your joints.
The affordable range of services is aimed at bringing Pilates to a wide scope of the Hermanus community and ranges from one on one training to semi-private classes to small groups of no more than four. Our sessions are typically 45 minutes in length.
The Hermanus Pilates Studio offers an extensive range of top quality Pilates equipment as well as air conditioning and a change room with shower facilities. The studio supplies drinking water infused with fresh herbs gathered from our garden daily. Ample on-street parking is available for our customers and the property is monitored and secured by Safe Security.
