The largest unit at Avani is one of two units to accommodate more than two people. Parrastoel is the perfect hideout and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
It consists of a spacious entertainment area, complete with a wood-burning hot tub with a valley facing deck outside. Also inside are comfy leather couches and chairs, a dining table, a mobile four-plate gas stove cabinet, an indoor fireplace/braai and awe-inspiring vistas into forever all around.

This beautiful and quirky self-catering development hides itself in the fynbos-covered hills and valleys of the Botriver area. Hiking up the hills, the beautiful views extend to reveal an area rich in fynbos, vineyards, olive groves and rolling grazing fields.
It is hard to believe that one can exit and escape the hustle and bustle in just one hour’s drive from Cape Town and only seven kilometres from the N2 via the Swartdam gravel road.
The accommodation units seem to have risen from the earth like the mushrooms they are aptly named after, as if not to disturb the environment. Each of the cosy and quirky straw-bale and cob rondawels offer a spacious double bed sleeping area, bathroom / shower with a view, kitchenette, basin & toilet and an outside braai.
