Emotional Intelligence

Are you an emotional bottom feeder?

Emotional Intelligence needed?

Are you an emotional bottom feeder? If emotional intelligence is needed, you can upgrade your life by upgrading your recurring self talk. That can and will upgrade your health and happiness too.

At this point, even troglodytes know that your recurring thoughts play the biggest role of all in your life, circumstances, happiness and health. Every thought you think causes a feeling. When you upgrade your thoughts, your feelings will upgrade and that in turn will upgrade your health and circumstances. Initially, even if you only have a happier approach, you will feel better already and the people around you will helplessly be uplifted too.

If you feel resistance, irritation or uneasiness when reading this, please find your most frequent and prominent feelings on the scale below. The more you become aware of where you reside most frequently on this emotional scale, the more you will be able to regulate and upgrade your thoughts and feelings. You can be in control rather than to be controlled by an unkind subconscious autopilot.

We all slide up and down all the time, unless you are a levitating monk in the Himalayas, but you can get yourself to play around in the upper part of the chart and not be stuck like a hamster on terrible wheel.

Some people and circumstances may pull you down, but you can learn to overcome this in many ways. The best way would be to stop giving it or them your power by changing your mind and thoughts about it or them. You are in charge – or you can learn to be. Victim-hood is a cruel prison. By only changing your attitude and thinking, you will get out and your happiness & wellness will soar like a cork set free from under the sea!
